Global Gaming Solutions LLC (GGS) is pursuing acquisitions of regional gaming and racino assets. GGS recently acquired Remington Park through its wholly owned subsidiary Global Gaming RP LLC. Remington Park is situated on approximately 370 acres of leased land in Oklahoma City, OK. The park offers both live and simulcast racing as well as a casino with 750 electronic games. The facilities include a one-mile dirt track, a 7/8 mile turf course, as well as lighting to permit night racing for the 117 live race days each year. www.remingtonpark.com
